Sodwana bay, situated in the heart of the ISimangaliso Wetland Park (world heritage site) and the surrounding countryside is one of the very few places in the world where you are able to catch a Marlin, see dolphins, whales, leatherback turtles and the famous big five in one single day

With Sodwana as our permanent residence and base we can open the door to this African jewel through our tailormade safari packages. From deep sea game fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, relaxing on the miles of unspoilt beaches, game and bird viewing in one of the many game parks in the area, Kosi bay and Mozambique excursions to sundowners on the shores of lake Sibaya, we can do it all !

Catering for the discerned guest, personal service is guaranteed throughout your stay. We cater for groups of up to six pax only in order to keep your safari as exclusive and  private as possible.

There are several local Bars and restaurants in the area, famous for their scrumptious meals and mouth-watering cocktails.The accommodation is set up for self catering and equipped with everything you may need.

Sodwana bay is in the northern part of Kwa Zulu Natal, close to the Mozambique border. The Road trip from Johannesburg takes around 7 hours by car. Daily flights to Richards Bay and Durban is an option and we can arrange transport to and from the airports. Richards bay is two hours by car and Durban approximately four.
